A company has not followed the accounting standards.Auditors suggested to finalise the accounts after complying with relevant accounting standards.suggest any way to finalise accounts without change in this stage?

Compliance of Companies accounting standard rules,2006 is mandatory. If not accounts will be treated as not true and fair in view of section 211(3C) of the Companies Act,1956.
