Dear Experts,
i wanna know that if a person carrying a profession/business n his gross receipt from dat profession is Rs 9/Rs 39 lac & he is carrying another profession/business n da gross receipt from dat profession is also same i.e., Rs. 9/Rs 39 lac, is he liable to Audit u/s 44AB.
Plz clarify with example,if possible

An assessee may have any number of busineses but his gross turnover from all his business will be considered for the purpose of section 44AB

But Amit Sir the assessee is having two different PAN for the two different business /profession, how could his gross turnover from two different business be merged

any type of person can not hold double PAN card it not possible,
if business is running in different person and different status then no problem
if business is running in different person and different status then no problem
