29 April 2012 Can any one provide me format of audit report of a Society, engaged in promotion of art & culture, not registered with income tax for availing 80G benefit, and wihich IT form will be used for filing IT Return

08 May 2012 The audit report of the society is as per the societies registration act. If the society has been formed 3 years back and you have done some of the activities then you can apply for registration u/s 12A as well as 80G deduction
