10 January 2012 Can anybody say what is the format for audit report for signing the bank projection report and what are the wordings to be included in the report.

Its urgent pls...

11 January 2012 Dear Sir,

It is not a audit report but a projection report.

please refer to the following clause of ICAI code of conduct

Part 2

Schedule 1

Clause (3) - Practising member prohibited from permitting his name or the name of his firm to be used in connection with an estimate of earnings contingent upon future transactions in a manner which may lead to the belief that he vouches for the accuracy of the forecast.

Also please search for some cases related to this clause you will get an idea for the same.
