while preparing audit report as per caro 2003. We will start the report as:

To the "Member of the Company"

please explain the word "Member of the Company". Whether the meaning is defined in the caro or elsewhere.

07 October 2009 member of the company is saluation and it is not there.

Auditor is appointed by members so, auditor reports to members, there is no any other logic behind it.
