09 December 2010 The Gross Receipt in case of an Individual is 80 lakhs. As per Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act Audit Report in 3CB and statement of particulars in 3CD are to be furnished.Is it necessary to give another audit report like what we give in company audit,or 3CB is sufficient?

09 December 2010 In case of an Individual, only Tax Audit Report in 3CB along with Statement of Particulars in 3CD are sufficient.
