03 December 2013 term audit report was now used it as "independednt audit report"

it is general audit report that auditor give to members of the company and not to directors

i got the clarification for this.

we are doing one tax audit for a company having regd office in delhi and all its accounts was finalised by other firm.
the said company will follow jan to dec as accounting financial year and for tax purpose our firm has to complete the tax audit report.

for tax purpose we are restating the accounts as per info given frm the assessee for tax financial year(april to march). for this purpose our firm is giving one audit report in new format addressed to the directors of the company.
