11 July 2011 can a company change its auditor's report after online submission with roc

if yes or no provide me link for that.

12 July 2011 No returns once filed with roc cannot be revised. You can file the same return afresh by paying requisite fees and attaching an optional attachment as a letter to ROC explaining reasons for this filing. Please note that both the forms will be on record in ROC records.
