Dear All,
Is this necessary for a Co. to get its account audited even if the total receipts are less than Rs 2 Lac.
If No, then is it mandatory to mention the CA Firm name in Annual E Filing...

Yes, for companies it is mandatory to appoint an auditor as per sec 224(1)
