How can we take 100% examination of land of company during audit

Verify all the title Deed of land appearing in Fixed assets register. Obtained confirmation from lender if it is mortgaged to borrow loan & obtain confirmation from the Assets Controlling Authority (ACA) of land of the enterprise.
