Can a Indian CA Firm registered with ICAI, perform audit of a Foreign Company incorporated in Canada (100% Subsidiary of a Indian Company).
Further, said CA Firm is not a Statutory Auditor of Indian Company.

i think it will be governed by the law of that country & not as per Indian law.
