Hello,
Most points are known as basic and these are same for most of orginations like:
Bank account, cash accounts, journal entries, trial balance etc .
know what other book ,they prepared.
As government org ,they do most of work from contract so see menthod of allotment of contract and after that making payment to those contracters. whether all related statutory compliance have done like TDS, service tax and other act applicable.
