KINDLY GUIDE ON WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR ENROLLING /EMPANELMENT OF A CA FOR AUDIT OF CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY ?

In the case of Multi state co-operative Societies the panel of auditors is prepared by Central Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Vide Section 70 of MSCS Act. In the case of Co-operative Societies registered by State law panel of auditors is prepared by Registrar of Co-operative Societies/ Director of Co-operative Audit in the State.
