CAN A CA NOT IN PRACTICE SIGN A CLUB (NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION) BALANCE SHEET.

No, in my opinion such signing can not be allowed, as ICAI prohibits any attestation sevices, if the member concerned is in Industry. Signing of Balance sheet in auditors capacity is definitely an attestation service.
