11 June 2016 my client have audit due for ay 15-16( fy 14-15), he is liable for penalty for non filing of audit report, his turnover is rs 1.5 crore ? is there any way to save him from penalty?

12 June 2016 Dear Rohit, Your client is liable to pay penalty. The only way would be when you reply to the show cause notice of the penalty with a valid reason and the same is waived by the commissioner.
