17 July 2011 Sir,
If the director of the Pvt. Ltd. co. does not want to continue with the old CA for audit purpose, then what are the formalties to be undertaken by new CA from the directors of the co.
Further if the old CA does not give the NOC & directors had not incorporated new CA in the last AGM, what the directors can do to appoint a new CA at this stage?

26 July 2011 Dear Divekar,

An auditor can only be appointed by shareholders. An appointed CA can be terminated from his office, only if he is dead or if he has resigned. There is no other way out.
