whether audit report date and tax audit date (44AB) can be same?

Audit report date for financial statements and tax audit report is never same as mostly the audit for fin statements is done and completed by june-july for AGM purpose for co.
whereas for tax audit for co liable for tax audit is conducted in sep month...it cannot be same.

For ind normally sep audit elsewhere under any law is not generally prescribed....but for tax audit only if 44AB is applicable.
