Dear Experts,
If there is no business in the Company in FY 2012-13 ( Company Formed on 05-Jan 2013).
We have only opened Bank Account of the Company whether Audit and ROC filing required as per the provisions of Law.

Audit is not required but it's advisable to file the return with ROC.
