Can anyone assist me in sending audit checklist for dealership in cars...what are the crucial points to look for while doing the same..???

The following points to be looked into
1) Price at which the delater is selling and authorised to sale
2) Discounts offered is it within the norms and to whom it is debited
3) Gifts with the car
4) Servicing Norms
5) Repairs within the normal or warrnty period and exceeding warranty period etc.
