Please clarify your query with what respect you are asking it. It seems that you are asking it with respect of VAT. In this case Ice is taxable commodity and the rate for the same in Maharashtra is 5% w.e.f. 1.4.2010. Earlier it was 4%. Hope this is the right answer for your query.
