Sir, My question was at which rate sale of ice is taxable in U.P.(VAT rate on sale of ICE in UP)

21 May 2011 Please clarify your query with what respect you are asking it. It seems that you are asking it with respect of VAT. In this case Ice is taxable commodity and the rate for the same in Maharashtra is 5% w.e.f. 1.4.2010. Earlier it was 4%. Hope this is the right answer for your query.
