I have a query what is a Public limited co. and a Limited company

Also whether it is mandatory for a limited company to appoint two auditors , one internal and external

07 July 2019 simple public limited company can quote the shares in a stock exchange whereas the Ltd Company cannot.
and it is not mandatory of two auditor in limited company.
