Since you have a long time for your examination, it is advisable for you to hang on to a study material / reference material which is available in the market at present. Your intent is to understand the concepts thoroughly and apply them practically during the course of your training.
Once, your final main attempt is due at that time, you may buy latest material applicable for your attempt, but also keep in mind, the effort put in today will reap you rich dividend in the long run.
