15 July 2009 audit wing of excise had issued a notice to me that they will visit my industry. what are the document are to be produced for auditing. what are the powers does the audit wing have. guide me please.

15 July 2009 As per EA 2000, the audit wing people will ask for

A) financial statements for the previous five years

B)Excise and service tax returns

C) Input utilisation documents

Excise records like RG-23 A,B,C and part II of RG-23
