21 August 2013 during the audit what observation can be made if Purchase Order made after receiving the material?

23 August 2013 purchase order preparing after receiving of material means these are direct purchases,,generally some companies use to do negoitations over phone and later they will prepare purchase orders

all such instances can be noted and a reply in a meeting with management,,rate of purchase can be confirmed that not prejudicial to interest of compnay
