24 July 2015 dear sir may client had sales of 1 crores for fy 2013-2014 but in fy 2014-2015 is below to 75 lakhs he is not required to audit whether tds provision he should be complied or not if not how i can to clerify to incom tax department????

TDS provision need to be complied for FY 2014-15 reason that the Audit if done in last year then the TDS provisions are applicable in previous year. So you have to deduct the TDS as applicable.

25 July 2015 whether he can file return for fy 2014-2015 u/s 44ad and paid tax as required in this case tds is applicable or not

25 July 2015 NO matters you are filing return under which section. You have to deduct tds on expenses for FY 2014-15 because the turnover of FY 2013-14 was greater than once Crore.

For FY 2015-16, if you will file return for FY 2014-15 in 44AD, then no TDS deduction liability will be applicable for FY 2015-16.
