There are softwares available which can convert the PDF files to voice files. this is basically available for blind students. but if you are not blind then this will be waste of time and money.
if you have the material available in soft copy then you can try for "Readout Loud" option in Adobe Reader version 7 and above.

for PDF files you have to first do the following adjustments on your system -
goto EDIT then Preferences - here select the pitch and speed of reading
then goto - View -Readout Loud - Activate Readout Loud - read this page or read the document to the end
