18 October 2013 i submitted form no. 103 to icai along with all required documents but unfortunately i forgot to attest the document. what should i do now?will my registration be cancelled?

20 October 2013 if you have not attested your certificates along with form 103 to icai,,i dont think icai will stop your registeration

so send now to icai after duly attested with a covering letter specfying facts of your case
.
.
however if you forgot to sign on form 103 to icai they will not consider it
.
you need to send a fresh set after duly signed
