In case of subscriber to MOA by foreigner, How to attest the document by foreign embassy or apostille?

if a foreigner is forming a company then u r not required to get attestation by embassy, only thing u neeed is that there must be an Indian Subscriber to MOA and atleast he subscribe for 1 equity share in that Co.

company is formed by the Indian and shares r subscribed by both Indian and foreigner tn in dt case how to proceed it?

u just need to file form 1A, 1, 18, 32 with ROc but remember while filing form 1 u r supposed to give copy of passport & visa as an attachment and that visa must be valid i.e. business visa of that particular foreigner.
