my final attempt is in may 2014. but i want to just confirm once about the same . i have registered articles in 21 nov 2011 . hw much leave is for study ? is my attempt is right that is in may 2014?

First i am confirming you; you are not eligible for May 2014 CA final exam attempt and eligible for November 2014 attempt and on words.
As per the ICAI regulation those you are undergoing of last six months of articleship period including excess leaves if any as on the first day of exams commencing month are eligible for exams for that attempt.
Thus even though you didn't have any excess leaves as on 1-5-2014 you are under going of last 6 months and 20 days of articleship period is balance means not in service of last 6 months of articleship training period as on 1-5-2014, so not eligible for May 2014 attempt.

Note: in your query you said articleship registered on 21-11-2011, i assumed it as your date of commencement of articleship.
In case you date of commencement of articleship is differ then please provide the date of commencement of articleship.Because of date of commencement of articleship is decides the eligible attempt.

At least 2.5 years of articleship must be completed to write CA finals..
Sorry, You are not eligible for the May term, But you can write the Nov,2014 Exams..
You can take 1/6th of the leave of the net working days of your articleship..
It will come around 152 days...

but i already completed 2 yrs from nov 2011 to nov 2012 and nov 2012 to nov 2013 and next 6 months i m completing . so 2.5yrs of articleship is being completed. so hw can i not eligible for may 2014?

Yes then you are eligible for May 14 attempt friend.

Your articleship is commencing on 21-11-2011. so completed articleship of 2 years by 20-11-2013 next six months shall be complete by 20-5-2014.
As per ICAI regulation you have to complete 2.5 years of articleship including excess leaves if any by 30-4-2014.But you completing it by 20-5-2014(assuming you have any excess leaves) so you are not eligible for May 2014 exams. In my first reply i clearly indicated this but you asked this question means you didn't go through the reply clearly.

I am sorry to say Mr.Rajesh choudhary please observe his articleship commencement date is 21-11-2011 then by 30-4-2014 he didn't complete 2.5 years of articleship then how he is eligible, he considering only months we have to consider it with days then we get correct solution, if i am wrong please correct me and sorry to you for point out.
