I HAD STARTED MY ARTICLE TRAINING ON 10/08/2011. I HAD HEARD FROM SOMEONE THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR FINAL NOV 2013 EXAM . IS IT TRUE. PLEASE REPLY IF ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT.
