Attaching a new adjoining plot withi existing mfg.unit

We have mfg.unit and now we have purchased a new adjoining plot with our existing unit,plz tell us excise formalities if we:-

1. Merge both plot and run plant from excsting place.
2. Merge both plot and shift plant to new plot.

07 December 2013 If you have to shift your unit from one place to another place then you need to amendment the registration if merge then intimation is sufficient.
