asset or purchase entry

23 February 2011 We Purchase number of printer and same printer we delivery to customers on mps basis only we not rise sales bill against the printer now in my tally i have to take printer as in purchase or asset entry pls. let me know the answer.

23 February 2011 Book them under purchases eventhough you are not raising sales bill the nature of transaction does n't change.

23 February 2011 dear sir, thanks for your reply but if i pass entry in purchase it show in stock and how i can clear my stock without passing dc and sales bill

pls. check my query once again we e.g we purchase more than 40 printer and the same printer givet client for use only without dc and bill and against the same (Printer) we sales our product of cartridges and we get payment against cartridge only (not printer)
so which entry effect pass in my account as a asset in B&L and take 40% depreciation every yrs or pass purchase entry and show in my qty amt in my stock?
