29 July 2013 I have a client who carry his business & has a Pan card on Delhi address but business is carrying from Uttrakhand.


Now My Question is that for Income tax (ITR Filling) purpose, Can we considered him an assesse of Uttrakhand.........?

29 July 2013 for income tax purpose the location initially reg and not later changed with the pan dept of income tax dept shall be taken relevant place.
