Dear Mam

This letter is drafted on behalf of my Client Mr Sanjay Kumar, attach along with is the letter of authorization from him to take up his case before you.

On the close scrutiny of the return filled, we have come to know that depreciation allowable as per the income tax has been added back to the profit. We are extremely regretful in this regards and ensure you to take due care in future.

I therefore request you to allow my client Mr Sanjay Kumar, the deduction of Rs 142002 as the depreciation expenses U/s 32 (1) (ii) of Income Tax Act, 1961.
