If a company has a subsidiary company ,is it required to prepare consolidated balance sheets for each interim period as per AS-25.
or is it sufficient to consolidate only at the financial year end
or is it sufficient to consolidate only at the financial year end

There is no compulsory requirement for cosolidation for non-listed companies.
