If a company pays MAT, in such case whether can carry forward such MAT amount?If so is there any condition for carrying forward?

Yes Company can carry forward MAT credit upto a period of 10 years

Yes company can carry forward the MAT amount, if it is probable that compnay will earn profit in coming years.
