20 July 2012 IF LOAN IS TAKEN FOR 5 LAKH @ 10%P.A AS ON 1-10-2010, AND IF ASSET FOR THE SAME IS ACQUIRED AS ON 1-11-2010 FOR RS 100000, THEN HOW MUCH AMOUNT OF INT TO BE CAPITALISED AND HOW MUCH SHOULD BE CHARGED TO P&L?

21 July 2012 For the month of October, interest amount must be transferred to P&L A/c. From November 2010, Interest on Rs.100000/- should be capitalised and on Rs.400000/- interest amount should be transferred to P&L A/c.
