sir my friend took transfer on 13 feb. and took new firm on 10 march 2015 thts within one month but due to some reasons she not submitted articlshp re reg. form and now iys 110 days around can its attempt b delayed or as per icai instrutions of 102 103 form if u submit within 180 days a dd of 300rs. to kanpur is made and no delay of attmept. is it ok or attempt will b delayed m confused

The council will review the form submitted and in most cases, they will approve.
Nothing to worry if you have sent the DD, a letter from the article and her principal for condonation of delay in submitting the form.
