sir if i get form 102 fanked on 30/4/2014 but submit to institue within 1 month of 30/4/2014 will my attempt of nov 2016 get delayed?

What is the date of commencement of articleship mentioned in form 103.

Because of eligible attempt of Final is depending on the date of commencement of articleship but not on the date of submission of forms to the ICAI or date of franking etc...
