03 August 2013 I will complete 6 months of articleship in august. I want to join new firm in another city on 1st sept. Shall I send form 109 directly or have to obtain previous permission by sending a letter?

03 August 2013 No previous permission of icai is required

just get a signature of boss and send form 109 to icai with in 30 days

03 August 2013 You dont need to wait for icai confirmation also you can just re-register immediately and send form 103 under him process will go on

it will be fine and i dealt my transfer in the same way
