Articleship transfer in second year

I have completed one year and four months of my articleship. Now i can't continue my articleship with my current firm.
Because sir I would leave my current city on the ground of some family problem.
The reason of my leaving city is that my elder sister is living in delhi and i would like to continue my further study with my sister living in delhi...........
Is it possible.......
Plz give me the advise sir.... Thanks.......

Make a letter to icai explaining your reason and along with boss no objection letter for transfer praying for permission of transfer of articleship
