Articleship transfer in first year

Sir I complete my 10 months of articleship and now i want to take transfer on the ground of shifting, inappropriate payment of stipend and forcing to work till 9 p.m on daily bases and now my principal is not signing my form..... please sir suggest me somthing.......

There is nothing to do in this case. You can complain about your principal to the institute but it's not so easy. You may have to suffer a lot in that case if it goes in the favour of your principal. Better take your parents to your office and request him politely and take the transfer. Institute never comes between the Principal - Article Relationship.
