Articleship transfer in 2nd year

05 June 2013 i m in 2nd year of articlship and i would like to take transfer on the ground of shifting to another city.... what document to be submited to satisfy the reason of transfer

05 June 2013 It is allowed that your parents were shifting on transfer as per icai permissable grounds for transfer after 1 year..

if it is not parents employment transfer , and normal transfer of family to different city..you have to request for the same to ICAI and can ask for its permission

ICAI may accepts your request on receipt of valid supporting documents like rental aggreement in new city or if it is transfer of parent copy of transfer order will be sufficient

however you can make a call to icai and can ask what proof they want they will guide you in this regard..

05 June 2013 is any guidelines issuesd by ICAI in respect of normal transfer of parents to another city i.e. non employment transfer

03 July 2013 Yes,,icai may accept your request

write a latter to icai with a recommendation of your principal icai may permit your transfer

as and when you got permission from icai you can file form 109
