articleship transfer after 1 year

17 August 2016 Respected Sir/Mam i completed 1year 20days of my Articleship...After all my efforts to my firm were im serveingb as an article assistant my principle says i dnt work properly so she want to terminate me....even i dont want to work now here coz she is not behaving goodn with me and nither she is giving any work to me...so pls sir/mam do hlp me what do i do? how should i take transfer what reson do i mention in form 109??? please help me out.

18 August 2016 The action is taken by your Principal.......Let her do whatever she wants to do......Your duty is to reciprocate....Dont take any LEADING or INITIATIVE step.... just keep silent.....

18 August 2016 You be on the look out of another CA.....
( See, try to understand a gospel truth......Principal can NOT unilaterally terminate... that is the underlying principle.... )
