I have joined articleship in 27th of March 2016 and will be taking transfer on 28th of july. I will join new firm on 1st August 2016. I have 40 days leave in this present firm due to health reasons. Will my Ca final attempt due on november 2018 get delayed due to leave for 40 days in present firm from where I am taking transfer. Please help

No , your attempt will not get delayed due to leaves in 1st office. Still you can call Regional Office of ICAI and confirm.
