30 November 2014 DUE TO SOME MENTAL PRESSURE I WANT TERMINATION FROM MY EXISTING OFFICE. PLZ PROVIDE ME THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE?

you can have discussion with your HR & know your rights..

if they dont support should go for immediate change in office..

You can seek psychiatric consultation for revival if available through your office..

remember a service man / employee is not a slave, employer / bosses should not give any mental pressure in any case..

in any office if employee doesnt have freedom of thoughts, their own way of working, that place is not suitable to work..

01 December 2014 pls briefly tell what mental pressure ur suferring as u can complain to icai provided u have sufficient resonable proof
