01 November 2014 Can a article take a transfer from his firm to other within one year of registration for any reason.

with in one year ICAI will not have any objection to grant transfer.

you just need to convince your boss, if he agrees you may take transfer by just submitting form 109 to ICAI

You can take transfer within first year of article-ship registration with providing any specific reason if your principal allows you.
