03 June 2013 Sir,
Can i transfer the Articleship after my first year training because of weather condition in the city is not adjustable to me?

03 June 2013 see as you are in second year of article ship you need to get prior approval from icai to get transfer to other principal

you will get icai approval if you have any of following reasons
https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=4639
however your reason was not listed in above notification

icai may also accept and permit student for transfer if icai satifies that it is necessary

to satisfy icai you can write a letter to icai that as per your helth condition you cannot work in current place so ask them to approve transfer, you need to submit some government doctor recommendations for this,..

you can take suggestion also fro nearest regional branch of icai
