Articleship termination/ transfer

23 July 2014 Respected Person,

I would like to know that I have completed my articleship for 1.5 year & due to some personal reason I want to take transfer from my current CA firm and my current is agree to give me transfer so tell me whether i can take transfer from here or not?

If yes than what is the procedure for that?

Please suggest me as soon as possible I really need your expert advice in above case?

23 July 2014 are u asking for agreeing or disagreeing? see in 2nd year u need to have ur ca's consent and also the only fr above mentioned link's reason u can get transfer.

but sir my reason is beyond the aforesaid ground as prescribed by ICAI guidelines so tell me whether i can opt that option with the consent of my current principle?

23 July 2014 if u dont fall in this category as mentioned by icai then even if u and ur ca signs form 109 there cannot be a valid transfer and icai will reject the transfer.
