I have completed 4 months of my articleship.
From last 50 days i was on exam leave for IPCC group 2.
My principle issued me a TERMINATION LETTER stating that i was not shown up for work in office.
After exam when i ask him for signing form 109 , he signed that.
my question is that when he signed form 109 then why he issued me TERMINATION LETTER when i was on exam leave.
Can he take any action against me after when he has signed form 109
